由如廁經驗開始看起，學習為他人多設想一點點，
這是愛人也是愛神的舉動，亦是尊重生命的基本態度。

申命記 23: 12~14

你在營外也該定出一個地方作為便所。
在你器械之中當豫備一把鍬、你出營外便溺以後、用以鏟土、轉身掩蓋。
因為耶和華你的　神常在你營中行走、要救護你、將仇敵交給你、
所以你的營理當聖潔、免得他見你那裡有污穢、就離開你。

Designate a place outside the camp where you can go to relieve yourself.
As part of your equipment have something to dig with,
and when you relieve yourself, dig a hole and cover up your excrement.
For the LORD your God moves about in your camp to protect you
and to deliver your enemies to you. Your camp must be holy,
so that he will not see among you anything indecent and turn away from you.　

馬太福音 7:12

所以無論何事、你們願意人怎樣待你們、你們也要怎樣待人．因為這就是律法和先知的道理。

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you,
for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

豈不知你們的身子就是聖靈的殿嗎？這聖靈是從　神而來，住在你們裏頭的；
並且你們不是自己的人，因為你們是重價買來的。所以，要在你們的身子上榮耀　神。
 
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you,
whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

哥林多前書 3:16~17
 
豈不知你們是　神的殿，　神的靈住在你們裡頭嗎？
若有人毀壞　神的殿，　神必要毀壞那人；因為　神的殿是聖的，這殿就是你們。
 
Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him;
for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

我們世上所有人類都是照著　神的形像被造的；當我們接受耶穌基督作我們救主的同時，
　神的聖靈就住在我們裡面。所以，我們的身體就變成　神聖靈的殿。
而我們所相信的　神是完全聖潔的；所以，我們也必須讓我們的身心靈都得潔淨，
都成聖潔；因為，我們的身體就是聖潔　神聖靈的殿。

我們的身體既然是聖潔　神聖靈的殿；我們豈可污穢這殿嗎？
